Tiki Mugs: 
Each tiki mug is created from start to finish in our home studio in Central Florida (proudly made in USA :)). Each mug is unique, detailed by hand and glazed to create subtle variations from piece to piece. Our designs are produced in small batches, limited in edition, and every mug is signed and numbered.

Made of ceramic stoneware, the mugs are functional and highly durable for every day use. Each piece is dishwasher safe, however we recommend hand washing to ensure proper handling of your art piece. All materials, from clay to glazing, are food and beverage safe. 

Shipping:
After you make a purchase your tiki mug(s) will be carefully packaged & shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Typically, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3 - 5 business days after we ship. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's schedule. All packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) which includes USPS tracking and insurance.

Packaging:
We take great care in assembling packages using high-quality packing materials and sturdy shipping boxes. We make every effort to use packaging materials that are reusable and/or recyclable, as appropriate for shipping ceramic items.

Delivery of Items:
Before finalizing your order, please double-check your address information to ensure delivery accuracy.

Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your package ships you will receive an email notification containing the USPS tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check its progress in transit (please note, USPS tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate). If you have questions or concerns, contact us. We are here to help.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Our policy is straightforward – complete satisfaction or your money back. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, please reach out to us promptly. We understand the importance of having the option for a hassle-free refund or exchange when shopping for handmade items online. To initiate a refund, kindly get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will coordinate the return of the item(s) within 2 weeks for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Received a Damaged Item?
Although we take every precaution to prevent this, on rare occasions, a damaged item may occur due to mishandling during shipping. We go to great lengths to carefully package your tiki item(s), using only quality packaging materials.
